    Will Ross - Junior Football

We are excited to announce the 2024 U9 girls’ competition will be run in collaboration with AFL Victoria this year!

AFL Victoria are strong supporters of the transition from Auskick to Community Football within our region, and this 2024 offering will align equitably for both boys and girls transitioning. There are offerings for both Mixed & Girls but are run separately, so for the girls, it will remain a girls-only competition.

    • Competition Details: It is a FREE 6-week competition where girls can represent their Junior Football Club.
    • Start Date: The season kicks off on 9th August, with games starting from 4:15pm.
    • Club Jumpers: All participants will be provided with club jumpers by their respective junior clubs.
    • Format: The competition will feature small-sided mini-games played against other clubs, fostering skill development and teamwork.

For any queries regarding the program, please reach out to Will Ross.

This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Will is our dedicated point of contact for both Unders offerings and as such, will be the main contact for this Girls-only opportunity.

As you are well and truly aware Club Volunteers are the glue that keeps our Clubs together. Without them our clubs just would not function. You know that you’re one of them!
