Megan Love brings extensive senior executive experience across sport, major events, and corporate leadership, with a career built on driving people, culture, and organisational transformation.

Megan is currently the General Manager – People & Capability at Netball Australia, where she leads national people strategy and plays a key role in building high-performance workplace environments.

She is also the Founder of Consulting By Megan, providing independent advisory services in culture development, leadership capability, talent strategy, and organisational transformation.

Megan’s previous roles include Executive General Manager – People, Capability & Development at the Victoria Racing Club; senior strategic and cultural leadership positions at ANZ; and General Manager – People & Culture at Marvel Stadium. Across all roles, she has led large-scale capability programs, cultural initiatives, and transformation projects within some of Australia’s leading organisations.
