AFL Barwon is committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all members of our community. Through All-Abilities Football and Netball competitions, we provide a space where people of varying abilities can participate, develop their skills, and experience the excitement of sport in an accessible and supportive setting.

AFL Barwon is supported by our Major All-Abilities Football Netball League Naming Rights Partner, Kardinia Park Stadium Trust and Official Inclusion Partner, Leisure Networks. Both organisations play a vital role in proving opportunities for individuals with disabilities to engage in football and netball, build confidence, and connect with their community.

INCLUSION ROUND

10-17 June 2025

AFL Barwon Inclusion Round celebrates diversity and belonging in football and netball, ensuring everyone—regardless of background, ability, or identity—feels welcome and valued. Supported by Inclusion Partner, Leisure Networks, this round promotes awareness and reinforces our commitment to an inclusive sporting environment.

In 2025, Pride celebrations are part of Inclusion Round, further highlighting our dedication to equal opportunities in sport. Inclusion goes beyond accessibility—it’s about fostering respect, removing barriers, and empowering all to participate, coach, officiate, or contribute in any capacity.

Football and netball unite communities, and AFL Barwon is committed to breaking down barriers and championing a culture of respect and support.
