North Shore is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Strength & Conditioning Coach to join their sports club sections - football and Netball program for the upcoming 2026 season.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering effective strength, fitness, and recovery programs that support our players’ performance and injury prevention goals. The role includes preseason planning, in-season load management, and close collaboration with coaches and support staff.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee player strength and conditioning programs
Run fitness, recovery, and conditioning sessions
Monitor player performance, workload, and progression
Support injury prevention and rehabilitation programs
Work closely with coaching staff to integrate fitness goals into training sessions
Ideal Candidate
Background in Exercise Science, Human Movement, Sports Science, or related field (or working toward one)
Previous experience in football or team sport environments
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

Lara are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Coach to lead their under 18 program.
As a Coach, you will be working closely with players to enhance their skills, fundamentals, and overall development, all while aligning with the club’s football philosophy, game plan, and performance.
Main Duties
Reporting directly to the Club’s Football Director, the key areas of responsibilities will include:
· Conduct team skill development sessions and provide feedback to players on their performance
· Manage game day preparation and performance
· Contribute to the development of team culture, values, and standards
· Collaborate with other coaches, support staff, and players to create a positive environment
· Actively participate in coach education and development opportunities
· Providing individualised feedback and mentoring to players
· Collaborate with other members of the Men's Football program, including the High-Performance team, to ensure integrated and cohesive support for all coaches and players
The Candidate
You are someone who possesses strong coaching fundamentals, with exceptional communication and leadership skills, and has a understanding of player development, game plan strategy and team culture.
You bring previous coaching experience at either junior or senior level along with the ability to translate strategy into action through high-quality training, feedback, and match-day leadership.
You excel at building strong relationships and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Your interpersonal skills enable you to engage effectively with players, staff, and stakeholders, fostering trust and alignment across the football program.
Above all, you embody professionalism, resilience, and a team-first mindset, aligning with the club’s values and contributing positively to its high-performance culture.
You currently hold an active AFL Bronze Coaching Accreditation (previously known as Level 1) or have the ability to obtain.
