St Albans FNC - Senior & Assistant Coach Vacancies
Senior Football Club Coach
Assistant Football Coaches / Playing & Non-Playing
THE CLUB:
St Albans Football Netball Club – Geelong is offering the right candidates a unique opportunity to join a club that is “on the move”. We are looking to fill multiple coaching roles and will consider applicants wishing to be part of this exciting rebuild as either playing or non-playing coaches.
Our club was founded in 1880, making it one of the oldest sporting organisations in Geelong. We are a foundation member of the Geelong Football League, having joined the competition in 1979. This was followed by our successful Netball program being founded in 2000 and more recently our Women’s Football program in 2017.
St Albans FNC remains steadfast in its commitment to improving the overall performance across our entire sporting program, with a concerted focus on our junior football and netball programs. Our club’s vision and guiding principles are focused on our People, Place, Participation, Pride and Performance.
Our home ground at St Albans Reserve, has arguably the best facilities in the Greater Geelong region, this includes our playing surface, which is one the largest grounds in our competitions, making it one of the best training and playing grounds in country football.
Over the next three years we have a bold vision to return to finals, having not reached this level for over two decades.
We are seeking a Senior Club Coach along with other seasoned assistant coaches to strengthen and work in a collaborative partnership as a cohesive coaching team who can not only embrace this vision but are not afraid of the task ahead. We know this will be tough but believe the rewards will be overwhelmingly satisfying, including the added opportunity to create and influence St Albans history.
So, if you are up for the challenge, have the ability to identify and secure talent via recruitment networks, want to be part of an exciting rebuild journey and join a club that is very proud, resilient and family orientated, please contact us for further discussion.
