Ocean Grove FNC Seeking Two Under 18 Coaches for 2025 Season
The Under 18 coaches will lead the development and success of the teams, working closely with the senior coaching group to prepare players for future senior opportunities. The successful candidates will form part of the club’s coaching group, ensuring the highest standards across the program.
Attributes of a successful candidate are as follows:
- Previous leadership experience in a club environment
- Can teach and develop young players, helping them transition to senior football
- Possess the ability to collaborate effectively with others to drive success
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership and organisational abilities
